Steamed Chicken Wings with herbs

Prepare time: 30 mins     Cook time: 15 mins     Total: 45 mins      Serve: 2-3 persons

Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken wings (8 pieces)
  • 1/2 mature ginger (cut into sliced)
  • Dried dates

Seasonings:

  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of chinese cooking oil
  • 1 dash of sesame oil
  • 5-6 of tablespoon of water

Step by step:

  1. Rehydrate red dates and wolfberries in warm water.
  2. Add all ingredients together and marinate in a zip-lock bag for 10 mins.
  3. Steam under medium-high heat for 15 mins.
